Digital Delivery

All products sold in my shop are digital PDF sewing patterns. No physical items are shipped to your address.

Delivery Method

Your pattern(s) will be delivered via instant digital download directly from the platform at the time of purchase. You will also receive a download link via email to the address associated with your account.

Delivery Timeframe

· Instant download: Available immediately after payment is confirmed.
· Email delivery: A confirmation email with download instructions is sent within minutes of purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

File Format

All patterns are provided as high-resolution PDF files. You will need:

· A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, free to download)
· A printer capable of printing at actual size (100%) on A4 or Letter paper (8.5" × 11")

Printing instructions and a calibration test square are included in every pattern to ensure accurate scaling.

What You Will Receive

Your digital order includes:

· Full-size pattern pieces (ready for print-at-home tiling on A4/Letter, or A0 large-format printing)
· Detailed sewing instructions
· Layout guide and assembly diagram
· Calibration test square

If you experience any issues with your download, please contact me at minaxu20021102@Outlook.com within 7 days of purchase, and I will assist you promptly.

Please note: I am unable to provide support for issues related to your personal printer, software, or device compatibility beyond the scope of the pattern files themselves.

Additional Information

· No shipping fees – since all items are digital, there is no shipping cost
· No tracking number – not applicable to digital downloads
· No customs or import duties – not applicable to digital products
· No physical packaging – all files are delivered electronically
