All digital products sold by VERA RENA, including but not limited to PDF pattern files, sewing instructions, layout diagrams, digital redrawings, structural notes, and product descriptions, are protected by copyright.

· Original source material (vintage pattern plates from 1883, 1888, and other public-domain publications) has entered the public domain and is free from copyright protection.
· All newly created content – including pattern redrafting, digital rendering, step-by-step construction notes, formatting, layout design, and instructional text – is the intellectual property of VERA RENA and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any VERA RENA original content – including reproduction, redistribution, resale, mass production, digital sharing (via email, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, or any other means), or commercial exploitation – is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a pattern from VERA RENA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

· Download and print the pattern for your personal home sewing use
· Sew garments for yourself, your family, or as gifts
· Share photos of finished garments on social media or personal blogs (credit to VERA RENA is appreciated but not required)

You are NOT permitted to:

· Resell, share, or distribute the digital files (in whole or in part) to any third party
· Use the pattern for commercial mass production or manufacture garments for sale
· Upload the pattern to any public or private file-sharing platform, forum, or website
· Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the pattern for commercial purposes

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All patterns are reproduced from original vintage sources and are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

· VERA RENA does not guarantee that the pattern will fit every body type, nor that the finished garment will match your expectations in fit, drape, or appearance.
· While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in redrafting and instruction, minor drafting imperfections or inconsistencies may remain from the original source.
· It is strongly recommended that you sew a test garment (muslin/toile) in inexpensive fabric before cutting into your final material to verify fit and construction.

VERA RENA shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use, any pattern or instruction provided in this shop.

5. Age Restriction

By purchasing from VERA RENA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent to make this purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your purchase or use of products from VERA RENA, both parties agree to:

 First attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting VERA RENA at minaxu20021102@Outlook.com within 14 days of the issue arising.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, and shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where VERA RENA operates.
