Return & Refund Policy – VERA RENA

Digital Products Policy

All items sold in my shop are digital PDF sewing patterns. Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds & Exchanges

I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products, except in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your file after purchase, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement download link.

2. File Defects
If the PDF file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing pages, please reach out to me with your order details and a description of the issue. I will verify and send a corrected version promptly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

· Buyer's misunderstanding of the pattern format, content, or skill level required
· Buyer's dissatisfaction with the fit, design, or construction outcome (all patterns are reproduced from vintage sources and may require fitting adjustments; a test garment is strongly recommended)
· Buyer's inability to print, cut, or assemble the pattern (printing instructions and calibration guidance are provided in every listing)
· Change of mind after download
